A single-storey rear extension in brick and block, adding ground-floor space to the back of the house.

A new brick porch to the front elevation, giving the entrance shelter, presence and a proper threshold.

A contemporary garden building, taken from prepared base and timber frame through to full-width glazing and finished cladding.

A new front boundary wall with piers, banded detailing and coping — an open frontage given an edge.
