How a project runs
From ideato completion.
Five stages, run in order. You will always know which one you are in, what happens next, and who is doing it.
One project.One seamless process.
Most builders start when the drawings stop. We work the design through with architects first, then build it ourselves — so nothing is lost in the handover, because there isn’t one.
- 01
Idea
What you want the space to do, and what it needs to cost.
- 02
Design
Drawn and resolved with skilled architects.
- 03
Plan
Approvals, materials, access and sequence.
- 04
Build
Built by the same people who planned it.
- 05
Finish
Details completed, the space handed over.
Discover
We walk the property, listen to how you actually use it, and work out what is possible — structurally, practically and within what you want to spend.
Design
Working with skilled architects, the idea becomes a drawing: layout, light, proportion and materials resolved before anything is committed.
Plan
Approvals, materials, sequencing and access. The quiet stage that decides whether a build runs calmly or badly.
Build
Construction with a tidy site, steady progress and the same standard applied to the parts you will see and the parts you never will.
Complete
Final details, a proper clean, and a walk round together — so you take the space over finished, not nearly finished.
What peopleask first.
Do we need drawings before calling?
No. Most people ring with an idea and a room they are frustrated by. If drawings are needed, that is what the design stage is for.
Can you work from an architect’s plans?
Yes. If you already have a scheme drawn up, we can price and build from it.
How does the first visit work?
We come and look at the property, talk through what you want and what is realistic, and follow up from there.
What sort of work do you take on?
Residential and commercial construction, pre-construction, and one-off special projects — as well as the six services listed on this site.
You will always know which stage you are in and what happens next.
No silence between stages, no surprises on site, and a straight answer whenever you ask for one.
